That’s why with this workout plan, you will get a 45 minute (full) POWER yoga class with a HITT training workout that will take you no less than 15 minutes that can be done at home or in a gym . You will get new workouts each week and you can go back and view your past workouts as long as you are a subscriber. I will also be adding everyone on the program in a private Facebook group to support each other, with daily check- ins from myself.
