Low fat cottage cheese
Protein powder
Avocado
Oatmeal
Fruit
Sweet potatoes

Keep it SIMPLE!
Wine/alcohol is ok- 2-3 nights a week- and one or two glasses. You don’t really need that third glass.
If you are really trying to lose weight… NO alcohol!
