Nutrition tips

Drink 1 gallon of water a day.
Condiments must be sugar free and fat free.
Fruit and veggies can be changed out for whatever you like as long as the portion stays similar.
Limit Alcohol to red wine (6oz per day) and NO beverages containing sugar.

Warm-up

walk outside or run on treadmill ( 15 min)

100 walking lunges (use weights 10-15 pounds)

100 squats *(use weights)

100 ab sit-ups

Cool down – walk/run for 15 min
